Week 1-3 //// See how easy it is to publish a book / What are the pros and cons of using Naver versus Google for research purpose?
How easy is it to publish book?
Rather than simply looking at the order or
process of publishing a book before looking at it, I looked at how possible it
would be if I were to publish book in Korea now
First, the online process
If I want publish a short book, Simply SNS
or the online sites I can publish in Korea are enough such as Facebook,
Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Kakao Talk.
If you write a little longer, you can also
use portal websites such as Naver, Google and Daum.
Regardless of whether the content is
credible or not, it is possible to make it real things if it has the proper
writing skills
Second, the offline process.
I think that even if I don't just publish
physical books(posts), simple communication with people is also the publishing
of books.
Conversation with a close friend,
conversation with a co-worker, and conversation with strangers are all I can
do.
The reliability and credibility of the
content here are not important.
It would be possible if you just had the
right way of saying and the right way of speaking.

What are the pros and cons of using Naver versus Google for research purpose?
What are the similarities and differences
before listing the pros and cons of using Naver versus Google for research
purpose.
First, it is the similarities of Naver and
Google. Both are now representative portal websites that have access to the
number of data on the Internet and are higher in accessibility and usefulness
than other portal websites. There are also accumulated data over the past few
decades and engineers' technical skills to use it.
Next, it is the differences of Naver and
Google. Google is a ultra-large company based in the U.S., and Naver is a conglomerate
based in South Korea. Both boast enormous capital and technological prowess,
but to be exact, Google is overwhelming to Naver in terms of capital and
technology. It is also Google that can say that Google is superior and is popular
all over the world. However, Naver is also at an enormous level in Korea.
In research purpose, Naver’s pros are that is
at least the fastest, easiest and most comfortable search tool in Korea. The
representative language of the data is Korean, and most of the data is also written
in Korean. Since there is a lot of use in Korea, it is well organized and
developed according to the characteristics of Korea and the situation of Korea.
In research purpose, Naver’s cons are that
the fairness or reliability of the data may be weak compared to Google, as
Korea's views have been shown too much. In case of overseas news, there is a
tendency to advocate and support Korea's position a little bit more, and there
is clearly thing for distorting objective views. Although the data is vast, the
fact that it is definitely small compared to Google
In research purpose, Google’s pros are that
Google has enormous data. It accounts for most of the world's searches and has
the right amount of data processing and utilization technology. It provides an
environment where enough data is available worldwide and has the fastest and most
accurate search capability.
In research purpose, Google’s cons are that
Google has enormous data. Users who are not proficient in search technology
will inevitably be exposed to a lot of unreliable data. In addition, as a major
U.S. company, there is naturally a lot of data that speaks for and defends the
U.S. position on global issues.
