Week 11-1_[Symbolic interactionism]
1. Summary
This article describes the symbolic interaction. Symbolic interaction is a sociological theory that develops from practical considerations and implies people's use of certain dialects, creating images and creating general meanings for inference and communication with others. In other words, it is a framework of reference to better understand how individuals interact with each other to create a symbolic world, and in return how these worlds shape individual behavior.
Looking at the table of contents, the history, assumption of symbolic interaction.It proceeds in the order of premise and research methodology, central thought, and criticism.
The history of symbolic interaction theory begins with George Herbert Mead. Mead argued that people's egos are social products, but these themselves are also purpose-conscious and creative, and believed that any real test of any theory is "useful for solving complex social problems." According to the Handbook of Symbolic Interaction Caution, Mead was undoubtedly an individual who changed the inner structure of the theory, shifting the complexity of the theory to a higher level.

It was new that the criticism of the theory of symbolic interaction did not take much into account human emotions. Because I personally thought I was considering emotions.
