Week 11-2 Dramaturgy

Dramaturgy

1. Summarize

Drama sociology argues that human interaction depends on time, place, and audience. It mainly means the dramatic effect from the immediate scene. Dramatic oligopoly is one of several social and academic paradigms. The role in the play is organized through an agreement between the actor and the audience, and social interaction in dramatic situations refers to living one's own life like a role played on stage. Managing the environment, clothing, and horses suitable for the role in real life is called 'exposure management'. Exposure management is said to consist of defense and protection techniques, and defense techniques are used before interaction is initiated and involved. Protection techniques are also used to minimize risk, especially by anticipating problems that may occur. The first drama production began to express the way social movements convey power. However, what needs to be dealt with in the play continues to appear on the backstage. The reality and the stories in the drama should be thoroughly separated.

2. Interesting

I thought the concept of backstage, which I had originally thought of, meant the appearance of our reality, separated from the play. However, I was very surprised to hear the exact meaning of "a place where the performer can relax." I think it's an essential place to play because I can free up every word I say while I'm doing the play and I'm completely on fire with the front.

3. Discussion

What kind of drama do you like? and why?
