Make up classes :: Is there a new generational gap between internet-savvy youth and less savvy older generation?
I think "kiosk" is the most appropriate answer
to this question. If you go to restaurants these days, especially fast food
restaurants, we can see that they have a kiosk system in place to speed up
rotation and reduce labor costs during busy hours. It is a method of ordering
by machine, but because it is a little complicated, the elderly of the analog
generation tend to find it difficult. I also work part-time at a fast-food
restaurant, and the elderly usually say, "That's too hard. Help me with my
order."
