Topic: why men and women chose different fields to study

Summary


Information processing related to human memory, thinking, and solving problems is done in the brain. The human exterior is divided into two hemispheres, almost identical, which have different functional characteristics. Human left hemisphere and right hemisphere have different functions. The left side of the brain has linguistic, systematic, temporal, logical, analytical and rational functions. The right side of the brain functions non-verbal, temporal and spatial, simultaneous, morphological, intuitive and comprehensive. Men have a strong function of the right brain, and women have a strong function of the left brain. In other words, men prefer the characteristics of the right brain, and women prefer the characteristics of the left brain. That is why there is a difference in academic and professional preferences between men and women.

Men and women are different. Therefore, preference is different and specialized is different. Where men are strong, men are dominant; where women are strong, women are dominant. In other words, this is also a kind of diversity. 

Discussion
Currently, this difference in characteristics is called discrimination in modern society. In other words, it is the result of an infused education. But we can see this through objective results. But why do we keep calling this discrimination?

Sum mary   Deviation refers to the act of violating cultural norms. Violating the law is usually called an official deviation, and the act of violating informal social norms is called an informal deviation. Deviation can vary considerably depending on culture. Deviations defined by sociologists have many forms. Merton suggested a type of deviant behavior. According to him, the type of deviation is presented based on two criteria. The first condition is the adherence to personal motivation or cultural goals. The second condition is the individual's belief in how to achieve the goal. By selecting these conditions as Yes or No, there are four types and one additional type. The four types appear to be suitability, innovation, realism, and retro. 1. Summary -       Dramaturgy is a sociological perspective commonly used in micro-social explanations of social interactions in everyday life. In drama sociology, it is argued that the elements of human interaction depend on time, place and courtesy. The dramatic view is one of several sociological paradigms separate from other sociological theories because it analyzes context rather than examining the causes of human behavior. In the dramatic model, social interaction is analyzed in such a way that people live their lives like actors acting on stage.
