week 10-3 other examples of role strain or conflict, particularly in the Korean context

Role conflict refers to the dilemma that arises when a person is in two or more social positions where the expectations of these roles are incompatible.
Role tensions refer to difficulties caused by different needs and expectations for the same social position.
From this we can see the difference between role conflict and role tension is that role conflict is a product of conflicting expectations in different societies.Color tension is the product of conflicting expectations of different positions in the same society.
On Valentine's Day, your girlfriend will be romantic with you for a candlelit dinner, but when the unit leader asks you to work overtime at night, there is a conflict of roles between the boyfriend and the staff. In fact, a person often plays a variety of roles in society, and conflicts are frequent. As for how to solve this problem, there is no fixed solution, and only try to reconcile the conflict as far as possible. For example, there are several solutions: first, to persuade your wife to give up or postpone dinner, that is, to temporarily end up playing the role of husband and specialise as a clerk, and second, to attend dinner, to give up or to postpone work.3. Go to work after dinner or go to dinner after work.
