How can we reduce the suicide rates in Korea?

Suicide rates are soaring all over the world. In particular, Korea has a high suicide rate among many countries. The causes of suicide can be classified into several categories. The biggest reason for the recent increase in the suicide rate in Korea can be attributed to economic difficulties, resulting in family feuds or the collapse of families. To solve the suicide problem, I think it is necessary to change the perception that "suicide is not an individual but a social problem." When people hear the story of a person who committed suicide, they often blame the individual first. However, if you look at the recent suicides, you can see that problems that have been prevalent in society, such as bullying, sexual assault and school violence, have led to suicide. Therefore, since suicide is a matter of the people, not individuals, I think the government should step up efforts to prevent suicide.
For example, the state should build counseling centers for those who think of suicide so that they can provide them with rest and consolation. It should also provide students with an overall education to foster values through suicide prevention education, and inform them that they can get help through counseling centers.
