12-2) Social inequality
Social inequality
1. Summary
Social inequality occurs when the resources of society are distributed unevenly.
It is discrimination against access by power, religion, kinship, prestige, race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, class. There is no society without social inequality. Social inequality is formed by various structural factors in all societies. There are five types of social inequality. (wealth inequality, treatment and responsibility inequality, political inequality, life inequality, and membership inequality.)
Social inequality raises philosophical questions about desirability or inevitability. There is a pattern in inequality. There are many features that contribute to equality and inequality in society.

Inequality is generally not positively related to economic growth, and under certain conditions, it shows a negative correlation with economic growth.
2. Interesting
Not long ago, there was George Flood's death in the United States. Therefore, the content of racial inequality was interesting. The languages such as black, yellow, and colored people are discriminatory languages written from the perspective of white people. I think language reflects society. I think we can improve our perception by improving our language. We need to eliminate racial inequality by changing what is small but important, one by one. #Blacklivesmatter
3. Discussion
I said in question 2 that the prohibition and improvement of unequal language use will contribute to resolving discrimination. What do you think is the way to resolve inequality?
