Make up class) What I did learn from this class?

What I did learn from this class?

I learned the social imagination through the class. The theories of various sociologists have broadened the scope of thinking. I learned about function theory, conflict theory, symbolic interaction theory and various perspectives of reading society.
I also learned how to do scientific research. You know what research methods are appropriate under what circumstances. They also recognized the importance of research ethics.
I learned about culture, religion, economics, politics, history, etc. In the process, I realized the importance of the environment. I have also developed a way to accept diversity in its own right.
Learning about socialization, social relationships, and interactions, I looked back on my life. I thought about what kind of group I belong to and what kind of social role I have.
I learned about feminism and race. In the process, I thought about the discrimination that is happening in Korea or in the world. It was easier to understand the theory by linking it through examples.
Through this class, I learned how to think about other people's positions. I think that's sociological imagination. I think that my ability to think and understand the situation that I am not in is an important part of sociology.
Thank you, professor.
