Make up class; What I did learn from this class?

The class talks about changes in the overall social atmosphere and flow, and topics discussed in current society. They also talk about discrimination such as gender inequality and racism, talk about the attitude people take as members of a society, and talk about the history of communication that technology has developed so far and the future that will further develop in the future. Most of the contents mentioned in the class are still important in the present, and people intensively observe them, so it can be combined with real life outside the class, so I was able to concentrate more on the class and felt as much as I did. What I felt most about this class was that most of what it covered was caused by changes in social awareness and technology. Problems such as racism and gender inequality have not caused inconvenience to people in the past, but over time, there has been a change in people's perception, and more and more people are saying that it is wrong. There have also been many changes in the performance of social roles, such as roles within the home and outside the house. The roles of the mother, father, daughter and son are shown to go beyond the roles expected in the home in the past and to take on the duties of the head of the household, or to do the housework in which the father was considered to be the mother. There have also been more social roles to play than in the past. The social atmosphere and culture have also been changed by changes caused by the passage of time. Although collective culture is still prevalent in Korea as a whole, younger generations are increasingly calling for individualism, uncomfortable with such collective culture. In addition, the "yolo," the abbreviation for "you only live once," is emerging especially among young people as the world is becoming more secular and difficult for individuals to make large sums of money by becoming self-made. It's because they think it's useless to earn and save money hard. There have been steady social changes since the past, but in recent decades society has been changing at a much faster pace than in the last few centuries due to technological advances, especially the invention of the Internet. If we fail to predict how our society will change in any direction in the future, we may fail to catch up with the flow of speed and fall behind. In that sense, it seems that this class was a class where we could learn how to predict how society has changed and what will happen in the future. It was also beneficial because it could solve the question of why society became such an aspect.
