W12-1 Social stratification

A short summary of “Social stratification”
A social hierarchy is a group of humans who are distinguished within a certain society.
The existing society has a certain stratification as we know from experience, and that stratification is in a hierarchy state. The most familiar example is stratification caused by higher occupations and differences in income based on them. The difference in income and prestige is tied to the position within the control structure, which can be seen in the distinction between the elite and the masses and the ruling and controlled. It is said that an individual receives a distribution of power or becomes a target of its control as it occupies a position in the control structure.

What I found interesting about “Social stratification”
I found social mobility interesting. Social mobility is the movement of individuals, social groups or categories between layers or within a layered system. These mobilities are sometimes used to classify other systems in the social hierarchy. The highest level of internal mobility society is considered the most open and inflexible hierarchical system, and the system with little intergenerational migration is considered a closed hierarchical system.

Something I want to know more
I wonder if Karl Marx, Max Weber, or C. Wright Mills lived the society of today, what they would argue.
