week 12-1 social stratification
Summary
Social stratification refers to the classification of people into groups based on socio-economic factors such as wealth, income, race, education, gender, occupation, social status, or derived power (social and political). Determining the structure of social stratification stems from the inequality of status among people. Therefore, the degree of social inequality determines the social class of an individual. Four principles were laid out to support social stratification. First, social stratification is defined as the property of society, not the individual in society. Second, reproduce social stratification from generation to generation. Third, social stratification is universal, but it depends on time and place. Fourth, social stratification includes not only quantitative inequality but also qualitative beliefs and attitudes to social status. All anthropologists argue about the" universal" character of social class painting, arguing that this is not a standard in all social societies. Like the stratified class system within a country, the world economy shows its class position in unequal distribution of capital and other resources between countries. Countries are considered to participate in the global economy rather than have individual national economies. The global economy, according to the theory of global system and dependence, is three important classes of core countries, anti-European countries and neighboring countries, which show the distinction of labor around the world. In other words, modern society does not only target people in a single society, but it also appears between society and society.

The fact that stratification takes place between countries was both amazing and a little creepy. In particular, Korea's diplomatic relations are more swayed or dependent than leading others.

Can't we get out of social stratification?
